Mango Strawberry Smoothie

This high-protein mango and strawberry smoothie is perfect for warm days when you want something fresh and light while still keeping you satisfied. The combination of low-fat Greek yogurt and protein powder provides a good amount of protein, helping the smoothie keep you full without feeling heavy.

Frozen mango and strawberries add a fresh, fruity flavor while making the smoothie deliciously cold and refreshing. It’s perfect as a quick breakfast, snack, or light post-workout option on a warm day.

If you want to make it more filling, for example as a breakfast, you can also add a handful of oats. This makes the smoothie even more nourishing while providing extra fiber and longer-lasting energy.

This recipe makes approximately 2 servings, perfect for sharing or enjoying a refreshing, high-protein boost at two different times of the day.
